COMPARE: Before deciding to purchase a wood burning sauna stove the following features.

1)  The listed materials are used in the construction of the wood burning sauna stoves:

         ¼”  steel plates on all four walls of the fire chamber

         Back wall has an additional ¼” heat shield

         Bottom of the rock hopper rock is made from 5/16” steel plate

         Stainless steel smoke collar

         Baffle inside the fire chamber, most sauna stoves don’t have, is made of ½” steel plate

         The fire chamber interior outside walls are lined with fire brick

         Fuel loading door has 1-½” ceramic insulation to reduce possibility of warping

         Fuel loading door also has adjustable door latch and hinges for an air tight seal

         Stainless steel hot water reservoir that is easily attached to the stove

 2) The combustion air is split and designed to flow through an adjustable carburetor, which is attached to the front of  the fire chamber,  to induce the fire to burn the logs from the front towards the back, and thus increasing the burning of the volatile gases which constitutes approximately 66% of the stored heat energy in the wood.

 3) These stoves are tested and approved to UL 1482 safety specs.
