Paul J, First in-person meet and greet

Running a small business where you sell products factory direct that cost thousands of dollars and weigh hundreds of pounds can make it difficult to let everyone thinking about purchasing the opportunity to use or even see it in person before owning.  That’s why I’m so thankful for all our customers that go above and beyond providing information to others about questions they might have or their personal experience.

The moment Paul was interested in a Kuuma Vapor-Fire 100, I knew that 1) he would love it if he had one 2) he would be accommodating communicating with others on his experiences and answering their questions.  The only hard part was getting him to commit and buy one.  So we went back and forth a ton, and my dad spent plenty of time with him answering questions.

Paul then purchased a Kuuma Vapor-Fire 100 in 2014.  Since then, he’s been a staunch Kuuma supporter on multiple wood-burning forums, which is extremely important to have when selling a $6,000 furnace and competing with large companies for sales.

Well, after tons of communication over the years, we were finally able to meet Paul in person.  He was vacationing in the area and made a special trip to visit us for a few hours at our new facility.  We even took him to the old facility where his furnace was manufactured, and he couldn’t believe the products we could develop out of there. So it was a fantastic experience for Dale and me to spend this time with him and let him know how much he’s helped us over the years since becoming an owner.
